A multiple exposure is the superimposition of two or more exposures to create a single image, and double exposure has a corresponding meaning in respect of two images. This months exercise on my photography course.
My Fuji does have a double exposure setting, but the results were a bit naff. I hit youtube for a tutorial and discovered that you can use an app, which I already have, to do them. It’s a bit faffy but I got there.
That turned out really cool, Fraggle. Kudos!

Fuji cameras are very poor for multiple exposures. Didn’t realise there was an app.
I must admit it’s a tricky technique. I never seem to pull it off. So well done to you.
