I did a venison casserole, one of my ‘signatures’. ๐
Well done, Phil.
Best wishes, Pete.

Never had venison, or veal, I might have a thing against ‘V’s ๐คฃ

I like both. Veal has some issues concerning how it is raised, but venison is farmed, low in fat, and delicious! Better than beef!

Ok will have to give venison a bash, but not veal I think.

Veal is an emotive thing. Perhaps you best leave it alone. ๐

Is there anything the man can’t do? That sounds wonderful. Now that it’s not as hot here, something like that sounds delicious. The temperature only got to 86 (F) so far today, it shouldn’t break 90. Fall is in the desert air. So glad you had a nice evening. Hugs!

I could do with some of that, the temperature is dropping here and if sounds like what the doctor ordered.

I love it when roles aren’t “expected”! My esposo is a whiz in the kitchen and can do a lot of things, too. He’s learning to sew now. The fact is that creating things is so much fun, so rewarding. Working with our hands is one of the most satisfying things any of us can do. Nice shot, good story.
